How do I set the reminders?
From the account settings you can choose what reminders you want to turn on and when you want to send it
What do I need from customer in order to send them the reminder?
You just need their email address or phone number in order to be able to send the the reminder
Are the reminders free?
The reminder sent by email are free and unlimited, however the SMS can be bought in packages and the number scales at each sending untill they run out.
How can patients confirm or cancel the booking?
When they receive the reminder they’ll find a link to click on and it will lead to a dedicated area where they can choose to press: “confirm” or “cancel”
