BeebeeBoard and PayPal: fast payments

Let people settle your invoices in a few clicks

Thanks to the integration of BeebeeBoard and Paypal you can offer your clients another online payment option with a credit card.

When you send an invoice, the person who receives it can settle it immediately in a couple of clicks.

How is it done?

Connecting BeebeeBoard to PayPal

You can connect your Paypal account to BeebeeBoard so that you can receive payments from your clients into your Paypal account safely, easily and quickly, and record the transactions automatically inside the Platform.

To connect your account you need a Paypal Business account.

To start receiving payments you will need to enter your email and the merchant account code of your Paypal account in BeebeeBoard.

To connect your Paypal account go to Setup > Integrations

Enter your email address and the merchant account code of your Paypal account. You can easily find this information by logging in to Paypal and going to your profile page.

You can find the data under the item "Email addressandMerchant account code”

Once you have saved the information, the Paypal integration is complete.

You can go on to request online payments from your customers.

How does the integration work?

Once the two applications are connected, every time you email an invoice to a client you will be able to request payment online.

When the customer pays the invoice, you receive an email from PayPal informing you that the transaction has taken place, and the payment is automatically recorded in the payments section, with paypal as the payment method, and marked as paid.

Why get paid online

If you are still unsure whether or not to use an online payment service, try looking at these points:

  • la speed of transactions both in terms of clients' payment times than number of manual operations to record them
  • la security of operations both on your side and for your clients
  • the considerable time saving that you can use for any other activity
  • la reduction in the number of documents to keep: there is no need to print the invoice, send it or hand it over in person, wait for payment and finally keep a copy of the transaction.
