Every feature has been built to help you manage your information securely and confidentially.
Datacenter
BeebeeBoard is hosted in advanced data centre facilities. Physical access is controlled at the perimeter and at the building entry points by professional security staff using video surveillance, intrusion detection systems and other electronic means.
High availability
We use datacentres in various locations. If a failure occurs, our automated processes divert traffic from the affected area to sites that are working correctly. All of this happens transparently, with no interruption of the service.
Encryption
When your data is transmitted it is always protected by end-to-end HTTPS encryption. To ensure the security of information in transit, we use a 2048-bit SSL certificate. In addition, all data is encrypted before daily backups using the industry-standard AES-256 encryption algorithm.
Accreditations and Certifications
We choose our partners carefully. Our hosting partner, Amazon Web Services (AWS), has obtained the following accreditations and certifications:
- PCI DSS level 1 (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
- ISO 27001 (Information security management system)
- FIPS 140-2 (United States Federal Information Processing Standard)
24/7/365 monitoring
BeebeeBoard is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Should any problem occur, we will be the first to know and will do everything possible to resolve it in the shortest possible time.
Backup
BeebeeBoard data is backed up daily. The backups are also stored redundantly in several physical locations.

User roles in BeebeeBoard help you limit access to confidential information to only those who need it. Make sure you grant only the roles needed to carry out the activities the account requires
Use secure passwords
Make sure you use a unique password for your BeebeeBoard account. Since longer passwords are generally harder to break, you could try using a line from your favourite song, for example, or a short phrase you will remember easily.

An up-to-date browser guarantees, as well as the correct working of BeebeeBoard, the most recent protections against online threats.
