What you pay for separately
6 pay-as-you-go services, none compulsory
They are not active by default and are not part of the subscription: you buy them as a bundle when you need them. The amounts include VAT, like the plans, so they add up together.
SMS to clients
For appointment reminders. Emails are included and with no limit: SMS are charged because we pay the operator for them too.
The large bundle costs less per message: 9,8 against 7,3 cents.
Electronic invoices beyond those included
Every account includes 1,000 of them. These bundles are only for those who run out.
Extra calendars
Every plan includes one per person. Extra ones are added separately only if you need calendars beyond those.
Graphometric signature (FEA)
You sign by hand on the tablet, with stroke capture. You pay per device and not per signature: a tablet at the counter can sign as much as you like.
Simple OTP signature (FES)
The client receives a code and enters it to sign, from home. This is the simple electronic signature: it is fine for ordinary forms.
The price per signature does not change from one bundle to another: always 1,46 €. The large bundle is there to save you buying again, not to save money.
Advanced OTP signature (FEA)
The same convenience as the code, with stronger identification of whoever signs. It is the level you choose when the document needs more guarantees.
Here too the price per signature is constant: 2,44 €.
