Setup one time only, then a fee that follows the school
The fee has a fixed part, which depends on the band, and a part that follows the number of instructors. All amounts are exclusive of VAT.

What you pay for separately
5 pay-as-you-go services, none compulsory
They are not active by default and are not part of the fee: they are bought as packages when they are needed. The amounts are exclusive of VAT, like the fees, so they add up together.
SMS to customers
For appointment reminders. Emails are included and with no limit: SMS are paid for because we pay the operator for them too.
The large package costs less per message: 8.0 against 6.0 cents.
Electronic invoices beyond those included
Every account has 1,000 of them included. These packages are only for those who run out.
Graphometric signature (FEA)
You sign by hand on the tablet, with stroke capture. You pay per device and not per signature: one tablet at the desk can sign as much as it likes.
Simple OTP signature (FES)
The customer receives a code and enters it to sign, from home. This is the simple electronic signature: it is fine for ordinary forms.
The price per signature does not change from one package to another: always €1.20. The large package saves you buying again, not money.
Advanced OTP signature (FEA)
The same convenience as the code, with stronger identification of the signer. It is the level you choose when the document needs more guarantees.
Here too the price per signature is constant: €2.
