From 31 March 2026, every nutritionist - nutrition biologist registered with the ONB, dietician, nutritionist doctor - who works as a freelancer or in a private facility is obliged to feed the Electronic Health Record 2.0 with the nutritional services provided. Yes, starting March 31, 2026, all nutrition professionals are required to comply: biologist nutritionists registered with the National Association of Biologists (ONB), registered dietitians, and medical nutritionists. This requirement applies to both freelancers and those working in private practices. The regulation was introduced by Legislative Decree 34/2020 (Relaunch Decree) and subsequent implementing provisions.
It counts among the documents only if it is the report of the service provided. The plan handed to the patient stays in their record: the health record collects the clinical documents required, not everything produced during a consultation.
The ministerial accreditation is BeebeeDoc's and applies to the platform. What remains up to the professional is enabling with their own region, because the regional gateways are separate.
