What you pay for separately
Six pay-as-you-go services, none compulsory
They are not switched on by default and are not part of the subscription: you buy them as packs when you need them. Amounts include VAT, like the plans, so they add up together.
SMS to patients
For appointment reminders. Email is included and unlimited: SMS is charged because we pay the operator for it too.
The large pack costs less per message: 9.8 against 7.3 cents.
Electronic invoices beyond those included
Every account has 1,000 included. These packs are only for those who run out.
Extra diaries
Every plan includes one per person. You add them separately only if you need diaries beyond those.
Graphometric signature (AES)
Signed by hand on the tablet, with stroke capture. It is paid per device and not per signature: a tablet in the waiting room signs as much as it likes.
Simple OTP signature (SES)
The patient receives a code and enters it to sign, from home. It is the simple electronic signature: fine for ordinary paperwork.
The price per signature does not change from one pack to another: €1.46 throughout. The large pack is there so you do not have to buy it again, not to save money.
Advanced OTP signature (AES)
Same convenience of the code, with stronger identification of the signer. It is the level you choose when the document needs more guarantees, such as informed consent.
Here too the price per signature is constant: €2.44.

Frequently asked questions about pricing
It depends on how many people log into the software, not on how many features you switch on: it starts at 45 € a month for one account and rises in bands up to ten. The calculator above works it out for your number, packs included; above ten accounts the price is agreed.
Only the price and how often you are invoiced. With annual payment you save 17%: the two-to-three account plan goes from €948 to €790 a year. The features are the same and no minimum term changes.
The fee includes the calendar, clinical records, electronic invoicing with submission to the Sistema Tessera Sanitaria, online bookings, forms and consent forms, email reminders. Only three things are paid by use: SMS, packs of electronic invoices above the included threshold and digital signatures. The pricing page lists them all in full.
They are bought in bundles and do not expire at the end of the month: a thousand SMS cost €97.60, five thousand €427, ten thousand €793. Email reminders are included in the fee, so SMS are only needed if you also want to reach the patient on their phone.
No. The trial lasts fifteen days, is activated with a work email address and asks for no payment details. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends: if you do not activate a plan, the account is simply suspended.
Yes, at any time from the subscription settings. Adding accounts moves the plan up to the matching band; removing them moves it down. There is no penalty and you do not have to go through support.
The software has no activation fees. Importing patient details, products, appointments and invoices from your previous software is a procedure the platform provides for: it is agreed with support before you start, so you know in advance what can be transferred.
Per account, that is, per person who logs into the software with their own credentials. A practice with three professionals working on the same calendar uses three accounts and falls into the two-to-three band. Roles and access levels are set account by account.
They stay exportable. The platform provides for exporting data and invoices in PDF and XML, and a bin from which items deleted by mistake are restored. The data belong to the data controller, not to the supplier.
